SHIPPING & RETURNS
1. Due to the bespoke nature of each bracelet, do allow us up to 14 days for your delivery to get to you.
2. Singapore orders are delivered via AM Mail and although there's no tracking number, it is guaranteed to arrive in your letterbox by the next working day at 11 am.
If you would like to have a tracking number, please choose the SmartPac Lite option. SmartPac is a Singpost delivery service that sends the package to your house but if you're unavailable, it will be dropped off immediately into your letterbox.
3. We will email you when we've shipped out your order with your tracking number (if applicable).
4. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate during check out. We are not liable for failed delivery due to a wrong shipping address.
5. Please email us at immediately to make a change to your shipping address. Do quote your order number.
Return & Exchange Policy
1. We offer exchanges and returns for items purchased at full price.
2. Please make sure that your items are returned to us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in new and unworn condition and original packaging in-tact for us to process the exchange or return.
3. Refunds will be processed via Paynow/Paylah for Singapore orders, and bank transfer for Malaysia orders. Refunds will be made only upon receiving the items.
4. You will be responsible for all shipping charges associated with the exchange or return. Please also note that we are unable to refund any original shipping fees, taxes or duties paid on any orders.
5. If upon delivery, our bracelet is faulty or damaged, we will replace it for you within 30 days.
